Postdoctoral Researchers

Caitlin Sisk, PhD

Caitlin (Katie) joined the CNS lab as a postdoctoral fellow in 2022. Caitlin received her PhD in Cognitive Psychology with a minor in Translational Sensory Science from the University of Minnesota, where she examined how healthy young adults and older adults with neurological disorders use previous experience to guide visual attention. Her current research focuses on developmental trajectories of infant attention, with a specific interest in how infants learn where to direct their attention and how this relates to early signs of ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders. She previously earned a BA in psychology and a BA in English from the University of Notre Dame. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys reading, playing armchair movie critic, and watching Notre Dame football with family and friends.
