To establish partnerships with international universities, Department Head Jan Hogan traveled to meet with Professor Iam Chaya-Ngam, president of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University.

Carolyn Tubbs, Paul Rosenblatt, and Hal Grotevant were awarded a Bush Diversity Grant to support this initiative. The goal was to link diversity to all areas.


Drs. Bill Doherty and Pauline Boss were among a team of editors of the “Sourcebook of Family Theories and Methods: A Contextual Approach.”

Family Social Science students, alumni, faculty and staff on “Red Nose Day,” a fundraiser to raise funds to end childhood poverty. There is a Red Nose Day every other year in the middle of March.
