Choose school psychology services to meet your needs and budget
Included services
All schools partnering with the University of Minnesota for school psychology embedded team will receive:
- 1 day/week (20% of one full-time school psych): faculty onsite for direct service and supervision of graduate assistants and additional practicum students
- 2.5 days/week (50% of one full-time school psych): graduate assistant on site for direct services and supervision of practicum students
- 20-36 hours/week (50-90% of one full-time school psych): practicum team on site
Cost for included services
The cost for School Psychology Embedded Teams includes a buyout of faculty and graduate assistant time and benefits on the district's academic year calendar. Practicum team services are included at no additional charge to you.

- Cost per year: $150,000
Customizable packages are available for different full time employee (FTE) or provision of program assessment and intervention materials.
Optional services
Additional FTE/team members may be added for schools requiring more support.
5 days/week: school psychology intern on site ($44,000/year)
Cost covers: intern salary, benefits, and requisite supervision required by National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) and the American Psychological Association (APA)
1 day/week: school psychology post-doctoral supervision ($13,000)
Cost covers: buyout of faculty time plus benefits for up to 12 months supervision (minimum 2 hours/week one-on-one) to meet licensure requirements of Minnesota Board of Psychology and supervisors’ assumed liability insurance for postdoctoral supervisee
