Michael Quinn Patton has presented at MESI Spring Training every year since its beginning. He is a former president of the American Evaluation Association and author of eight major books on evaluation.
Description
Based on 50 years of research and evaluation on enhancing use, utilization-focused evaluation identifies and works with primary intended users to enhance use. Lessons and techniques for increasing use are the focus.
Purpose
Participants will learn different types and purposes of evaluation use and how to adapt evaluation to meet the needs of users in different contexts and varying evaluation purposes. Practical applications will be emphasized
