She was previously a preschool teacher and is passionate about early childhood learning.

Jasmine Ernst

Jasmine Ernst is a doctoral student at the Institute of Child Development. Additionally, she is a Graduate Research Assistant in the Math and Numeracy Lab, and is primarily involved in the Family Math and Math+ projects for the Development and Research in Early Math Education (DREME) Network.

Sarah Pan

I am a first-year graduate student at the Institute of Child Development, and a graduate research assistant in the Math and Numeracy Lab. I graduated from the University of Chicago in 2020 with bachelor’s degrees in psychology and neuroscience. I’m especially interested in cognitive development and how children learn from others and their environment.
