Project PACT: Developing the Planned Action + Commitment Tool

The Planned Action + Commitment Tool (PACT) is a self-report, assessment-to-action tool designed to give staff a voice that will help school leaders better understand how to support staff during the implementation and sustainment of a selected evidence-based practice or program

Key Findings and Resources to Date

Evidence-based programs or practices must specify implementation components and practice elements necessary to producing improved student outcomes.
Practice elements provide observable actions of implementers to support assessment of commitment to and actual implementation of an evidence-based practice or program.
Specification of constructs associated with commitment to implementation will aid in selection and deployment of targeted implementation strategies and supports.
