Urban Leadership Academy 2023-24

Minnesota school leaders must create an equitable and culturally responsive space for all students to learn. In order to drive change, racial equity must be at the center of instructional leadership. Join us for our 2023-24 Workshop Series to focus and reflect on what it means to be a racially equitable leader, providing expertise and vision for your district, your school, your team, and your classroom.

For the past 27 years, the Urban Leadership Academy has provided programming and sustained dialogue focused on providing school leaders with continuous professional development. Each workshop explores the complexity of leading learning organizations in order to better serve students. The ULA advisory board, comprised of district leaders from our member districts, continues to build upon the educational strengths and challenges explored through each thematic series.

A light breakfast and lunch are included for each session. CEUs earned: 5 per workshop (both teacher clock certificates and administrative CEU certificates are available). ULA workshops are open to all school leaders. Special discounts apply to attendees from ULA member districts.

ULA workshops will be held from 8:30 am – 2:30 pm. A light breakfast and lunch are included. CEUs earned: 5 per workshop (both teacher clock certificates and administrative CEU certificates are available).
